The association yes the game does have that aspect but it's really quick. You press one button, claim rewards, press 3 buttons and done. Depending on the association some require you to attend co-op teaming up but even that is super quick. Less than 1 min. And depending on the group you aren't punished for not attending.You can pick and choose which group to join a casual, semi-casual or competitive group. A less active group with have slower rewards, that's a given.
