Having a VIP ingame, They release series (books) for the ones who has it and NON-VIP users have to wait months after the series, earns more diamonds (ingame currency, where you can have premium choices) which is NON-VIP players are struggling to earn since they rely on challenges to get diamonds. VIP also has unlimited keys while NON-VIP have to wait for a few hours to get a key.

The game needs to be linked in your facebook, once its gone, all your efforts to read all of those series (books), the premium choices you made and diamonds earned would be gone! It's demotivating to lose all of those progress if you're a NON-VIP and had to re-grind everything to get you back on track again, which it takes months or even YEARS.

There are some items you need to collect inorder to make your gameplay feel "complete" and without those, You miss out so much clues and get the bad ending (friends died or MC not achieving their dreams). The sad part? The important stuff is premium as well.
